Q. What if I want an option you don't offer?
A. No problem just contact us and we will give you a full quote. We can build just about any type of custom frame.

Q. I need an order quickly. Do you ship overnight?
A. While we do offer overnight shipping, please allow up to 3 additional days to custom build your frame. If you need a frame before this time, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Q. Your frames cost less than everyone else. How can you offer these prices?
A. It's simple we have bulk supplies. We use these supplies to custom build your frame by hand.

Q. Do you only sell to the USA?
A. We are located in the USA but sell worldwide. Our store can process your order regardless of currency and we can ship to any country in the world.

Q. Why do you ask for artwork size instead of frame dimensions?
A. Measuring a frame can be complicated. Artwork is constant but frame size is variable. The size of the frame is also dependant upon the width of the mat. We take this complication out of the equation. All we ask for is your artwork size and we take care of the frame dimensions.

Q. I want triple matting with texture. Do you offer this?
A. No problem just contact us and we will give you a custom quote.

Q. I don't see a glass option only acrylic. Do you offer glass?
A. Because of shipping glass is not offered to our online customers as an automated option. However, we can give you a custom quote on glass your size.

Q. What is mat?
A. Mat is a border around the artwork. Please see the Wikipedia website.

Q. I want you to supply my picture frame shop. Do you offer this option?
A. We can and do provide products for frame shops. Just contact us and we can make arrangements to supply your shop.
